the kalouseks: family.

From the first time I talked to Adriana over the phone, I knew she was someone I would love working with. She is friendly and kind, and her family was no exception. I loved spending time with all of them a couple weeks ago.

The weather wasn't exactly in our favor, as the wind decided to up the intensity during our session, but they smiled their way through it, and I think the end result was worth it.

Thank you Kalouseks for choosing me to photograph your beautiful family and capture your little guys first birthday. It was so wonderful to meet you all, and I hope you cherish these photos for many years to come.

the tuckers: newborn and family.

I've known Dana ever since I started my first teaching job in Denver almost 9 years ago, and this is the third time I've had the privledge of photographing her beautiful family. The Tuckers just welcomed baby Leon right before Christmas, and his big brother Avery couldn't have been more excited. The whole family is full of so much love and joy in welcoming this little guy.

I went over to their home on New Year's Eve to meet Leon. He was a perfect little model. He slept most of the time and somehow even gave us a few smiles. What a dream! 

Thank you Tucker family for inviting me back into your lives for the third time. It is an honor and privledge that I don't take lightly. Leon is a beatiful baby boy, and I know he will never know a day without love. That is surely something to smile about.

the roberts: newborn and family.

I've known Jacci for the past few years and this was the second time I've had the opportunity to photograph her beautiful family. This time to celebrate the arrival of their second little boy, Colin. Two boys 2 and under. Ben and Jacci are saints in my book.

We spent the day after Christmas together, and I loved watching Cyrus with his new little brother, loving him the best ways he knew how (sometimes even licking him. Ha!). Even though it can be challenging to navigate the dynamics that a new baby brings, Ben, Jacci, and Cyrus have such sweet love and care for each other. It's a beautiful thing.

Thank you for inviting me into your home Roberts family. Colin is one lucky little guy to spend his life being loved and adored by all of you.

the mccabes: newborn and family.

I adore this family. I've been photographing them for the past two years, and I was thrilled to have the chance to document the newest addition to the family, baby Claire. 

I loved watching Liam play and talk about how he wants "new golf clubs" for Christmas, Claire slept like a little angel the whole time, and Andrew and Katie are always so wonderful to be around. What a joy to be a very small part of such a wonderful family!

Thank you again McCabe family for choosing me. It is definitely an honor to be trusted with such sacred memories. I hope your holiday season is full of good sleep and grace as you navigate this new world affectionately known as "two under two."
