ben and whitney and their two beautiful children were so fun to photograph. we went to a local park right outside their home, put down a blanket, and the rest is history. afterwards, we went inside to get some newborn photos of baby fletcher in his birthday suit and winter cap. they were great sports and such an easy family to photograph.

i had such a great time yesterday with kayla and ryan, exploring their neighborhood and snapping photos along the way. they are expecting their first baby in just a couple months, and i am so excited for them. i have no doubt that they will be amazing parents. and since kayla and i are in book club together, i know that baby will definitely be a reader!
kevin and emily: engagement.
in Engagement
yesterday morning, bright and early, i set off for a morning of engagement photos with kevin and emily. they were the perfect couple to photograph. a lot of fun, always good for a laugh, and completely adorable together. we explored pearl street and a little bit of baker and finished off the morning with a delicious brunch at the denver biscuit company. it was the perfect morning with an even better couple.
sam and becki: maternity.

i met becki and sam over a year ago at church, only to find out becki and i are from the same hometown! good old rockford, illinois. a special bond was formed that day.
a bond that only belongs to those who understand the rockford symbol, beef a roo, perryville, cross current, and crime rates.
our friendship was meant to be.
i was so happy to be able to take maternity pictures for them this past weekend. even though rain and lightening decided to make an appearance an hour in, we still got some great shots and had a lot of fun in the process. and the best part? becki is having TWINS!
i can't wait to meet this little boy and girl! with such awesome parents, they are luuuucky.
